Purpose of the training
Life is not just work! The purpose of this module is to guide you towards actions in your personal life that support your physical and mental well-being. You will learn which habits and activities to emphasize and which to avoid in order to achieve a better work-life balance. After examining the human being as a system and his/her relationship and interaction with the work environment in Module 1, in Module 3 we focus on specific actions to improve the physical and mental state. We will also discuss which activities are recommended to be avoided in order to preserve the quality of your life and work.

Course Objectives
The objective of the training is to familiarize you with the basic requirements for conducting an internal audit of the OH&S Management System according to the requirements of ISO 19011:2018 in a way that will enable you to use internal audit as a tool for presenting and convincing management of the real risks and opportunities in the company.
